As GROUNDFLOOR moves into its sixth year, we’re continually listening to customer feedback and working to make improvements to help them get the best investment experience possible. For some time now, GROUNDFLOOR users have been asking for a way to invest in multiple loans at once. We’ve been beta testing this feature with our Shareholders for the past month, and today we’re happy to announce that we are now releasing this new investment feature to all investors on our platform.
So how does batch investing work? Let’s do a quick run-through.
First, log into your GROUNDFLOOR Investor Account and be sure your account has funds available to invest (if not, you’ll need to transfer some in - take a look at this guide if you need a refresher). Then, browse loans currently funding and choose which ones you’d like to invest in. Enter the amount you’d like to invest for each loan in the boxes on the right-hand side, then press the orange “next” button at the bottom. And that’s it: a quick and easy way to invest in multiple loans at once!
Introducing our newest investor enhancement: batch investing.
We hope you enjoy this enhancement to your investing experience. Not only will this feature help you diversify your investments and streamline the overall investment process, it also represents an important first step on the road towards a series of other, more advanced features designed to automate investments and optimize your investment portfolio.
