Five years ago this month, we funded our very first loan with 39 investors. We’ve come a long way from that first loan. Over the years, thousands of you have joined in to build GROUNDFLOOR into what it is today. We’ve been humbled and honored by from your investments, customer referrals, and feedback along the way. Quite literally, we couldn’t (and wouldn’t) have done it without you.
That’s why we are so excited to announce the launch of our 2019 Stock Offering. True to our mission of opening up access for everyone to participate in private capital markets, we’re also opening up the ownership of our company: starting now, we're offering the opportunity to purchase stock in GROUNDFLOOR for $15 a share. In keeping with our broader mission, our goal is to have public ownership of GROUNDFLOOR equal to (or greater than) our VC and Angel investor ownership.
Plus, for a limited time, we are offering 100 Bonus Shares for any investment of 1,000 shares or more. This promotion will be available until March 31, 2019.
Be sure to check out our stock offering page for more details and for frequently asked questions. Additionally, we put together the 15-minute presentation below for a detailed overview of 2018 company performance and financial results. In addition to reviewing the offering page and video, before investing we also encourage all potential investor to read our Offering Circular as filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
